I see so many Gen/MG women stressing, being overwhelmed and not showing up as their best. It breaks my heart to see incredible women not shining.

Not being flittered away of things you don’t like doing but “should do”.

You want Mastery and attract people with your expertise, you’ve gotta cut out things that you feel are draining your life force energy.
Your joy, your lit-up-ness, your passion will feel different to just turning up and going through the motions.
If you’re not in your zone of genius then it’s time to look at your whole business and see what needs changing.
