I’m building Sanctuary to be the antithesis to the hustle. I adore the forward movement and expansion of life. I also love the moments of pause and contemplation between. I believe that we need both to thrive and be-come. The roots and foundations we build must become unshakable while we create our lives. Anything else and were building on sand with pure gusto and force.

I have done this. Charged ahead and to hell with rituals to reconnect myself back into my power. I’ve burned myself out from pushing so hard using my mindset to overrule my body. I’ve ignored chronic disorders to prove my point.

And in the end, like most of us, we become an empty shell where love used to be.

I’m building a place to follow your curiosity and intuition to know thyself deeper and provide you a container to play in and explore. It would be unethical and out of integrity to not provide this as a coach. I coach you in expansion and unlocking your potential but I also want to give you the gift of presence. Presence to know what you need in the moment, presence to heal your shadows and traumas, presence to feel emotions and bliss, presence to live.

It is a labour of love and my legacy. It may take longer to create, but rest assured, every keystroke is deliberate and devotional to your be-coming. Every image carries a frequency to unlock parts of yourself that you didn’t know existed. Every meditation is an arrow into your heart to open you up.
